Thomas Holcroft

Thomas has over 33 years of experience working in the prime London property market. His impressive career has spanned across the prime London postcodes providing a broad geographical knowledge of those areas.

 

Thomas joined Savills in 1995 where he specialised in the sale of top end apartments and was also involved in the sales marketing and consultancy of many high end Kensington and Notting Hill developments such as Academy Gardens, Observatory Gardens and Notting Hill Lofts on Ledbury Road to name a few.

 

In 2007 Thomas was appointed to run the Flat Department in the active Savills Kensington office, his experience, knowledge, has built up personal relationships with clients, developers, fellow agents and professional/advisory contacts which allow for Thomas to be ‘in the know’ and one of the first to hear of any off market property or opportunities and acts with absolute discretion.
